ConditionsLinen hireLinen is included in the prices. Deposit 25% deposit is payable on booking. Full Payment Full payment is due 8 weeks before the departure date. If this is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to seek an alternative booking, with the cancellation charges then coming into effect. Cancellation Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following charges will be payable.
Refundable Security deposit A refundable security deposit of £500 per property is payable with full payment. We reserve the right to charge you for any costs relating to the gite being left excessively dirty, any breakages or damage to the gite. The deposit will be refunded on departure less any deductions for loss or damage. This is not intended to be a sneaky means of increasing the cost of your holiday, and it is hoped that we will not have to levy any such charge except in exceptional circumstances. Liability We cannot be held responsible for the personal safety and security of guests (or their belongings) whilst on our premises / using items supplied by ourselves. You remain responsible for your own personal safety at all times. Children should be supervised by an adult at all time. We recommend that you take out personal insurance that covers you for accidental damage and personal accident and liability. Occupancy The gite is priced per week, irrespective of number of occupants. Only the number of people stated on the booking form may occupy the property, even if the maximum occupancy is not reached. The maximum number must not be exceeded at any time. Behaviour We hope that you will have consideration for your neighbours, both us and those who live nearby. Should we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the gite. No refunds will be made. Cleaning The cottages are to be left as you would like to find them. However, we offer an end of stay cleaning service for £50 per cottage. Please check all details carefully |
